When you submit our offer request form, we collect:

• Property details you provide — address, type, size, condition, occupancy, repairs needed, and any land or mobile-home specifics.
• Photos of the property you choose to upload.
• Your reason for selling, timeline, mortgage/lien status, and any target price you share.
• Contact information — your name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method.
• Your consent confirmation for us to contact you by phone, text, or email.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use the information you submit to:

• Prepare and deliver a cash offer for your property.
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and any follow-up.
• Answer questions and negotiate the terms of a potential sale.
• Keep records of our communications and offers.

Your submission is stored in our secure database (hosted on Supabase). Property photos are stored in a private storage bucket. Access is limited to authorized C4 Houses staff.

• Supabase — database and file storage.
• Resend — sending email (offer emails, confirmations, notifications).
• Zippopotam.us — one-way ZIP code lookup to auto-fill city and state on our form.

These providers process data on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share it for third-party marketing. We only share it with a service provider when needed to run our business (see above), or when required by law.

By checking the consent box on our offer request form, you agree to be contacted by C4 Houses by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, unsubscribing from an email, or emailing us.

You can:

• Request a copy of the information we have about you.
• Request corrections to your information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you.

Our website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make the site work (for example, keeping you signed in to the admin area). We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
